So when talking about why you enjoyed DF S3 it would logically be because of M+ during DF S3. Not outdoor activities.

Did you forget you even specified M+? The questions pertaining to your enjoyment of it was specifically about M+ and you are the one who brought in non-M+ things as a way to skirt around just saying because it was easy.
No and as I said it was the most fun m+ season. Why you need to argue over difficulty when it was a personal feeling is weird.
If you’ve been playing tank for multiple expansions, including the last one, you’d know that they did a MASSIVE buff to M+ dungeon difficulty to placate the sweats in Dragonflight. A M+0 NOW is as hard as a +10 was; and a +10 = +20. Saying in Shadowlands you could carry keys and time +15s is from a time BEFORE that buff, so yes, the dungeons would be easier for you.
Cause everyone knows why people bring up DF S3 and it’s always because it was the easiest season to date.

Ya, that’s the tanking I want to come back. But it never will, unless they dramatically increase tank effective hitpoints, and take away healer infinite mana so tanks die from long term failures to mitigate damage/healer running out of resources. Instead of current gameplay where you die when you randomly get spiked for 100% of your health and evaporate.
Not true, look at colossus it did not have enough rage pre nerf. Thats also why it wasnt played much, i enjoyed it much more than mtn thane.

Exactly this . It’s already ALOT of work - just the studying alone and add on top of that the continual ( bizarrely ) nerfing of tanks - why make the hardest roles ( tanks and heals ) also less fun ?
back in shadowlands, tanking was basically kiting. They complained.
Now it’s not kiting anymore. No more Necrotic. No more Sanguine.

Tanking is a steep challenge, yes. Healing is more challenging this expansion than it’s been in awhile (Raid Leader who pushes 10s every week attests that its brutal). But DPS executing their CDs and self sustain properly is what I keep seeing killing keys.
With bad dps, tanks are losing confidence especially as they blow through their CDs, self sustain, and interrupts to try and mitigate damage for everyone, but dps continue to derp instances to tunnel vision pew pew everything in sight. Leaving the healer scrambling to keep them alive and not focus heal the tank. At least as a Ret Paladin, I know what I bring to the table and I execute well enough to not concern healers most of the time.
I see the issue all the time, choosing whether to stop DPS in order to sustain heal something that chunked you down to 50 or even 30% hp, but some choose to sit there thinking (naw, the healer gots me). As a dps, my focus is 2 fold, keeping myself alive (primary) and parsing the encounter (secondary). If you fail the primary objective, you fail the second automatic. Automatic F
