How many years has this bug of RaF and cash shop mog items randomly disappearing been around now? Since WoD, I think? I feel bad seeing this happen to someone else but, while he didn’t make a big deal about it, it was good seeing this happen on a popular stream. Maybe at some point y’all will be shamed into giving a dook about this fixing this bug?

Once I discovered the bug I stopped buying mog items, and I won’t buy any new mog items until I’m absolutely sure the big is fixed, which it clearly still isn’t. When stuff I buy randomly goes away and it cost me gold to remog it over and over, yeah, not a cent more.

All my exclusively earned in-game mog doesn’t disappear. Like blizzard had issues in BFA with off hand components of artifacts being lost on login screen but when logging in the mog was there. No need to spend gold to show it again. And that has since been fixed with their decoupling and addition of those appearances to the respective weapon type categories. So good work so far blizz.

nobody cares about taliesin but the Instant Statue Pedestal hasn’t worked all of SL either. That’s an item from the TCG that people payed good money for.
This is exactly what I was going to say… and I am guilty too of spending money in the cash shop. It is inexcusable that this bug has gone on for as long as it has.

My Wraithchill illusion randomly just disappears sometimes until I reload. Super annoying since it matches this transmog perfectly
Don’t worry. Blizz has a new employee that’s gonna make sure the company is inclusive. That will certainly fix the problems with the game right?..right…?

Still don’t understand why they don’t do something along the lines of any ‘needs to check something outside wow’ transmog, be that store or RAF (recruit a friend is not a store bought thing, it is someone else paying for game time after you recruited them), gives you an account achievement.
Collections then just checks for those achievements for what ones are available, no outside environment to check needed, so if there is any temporary inability to access those external things (which is probably what causes the issue) it wouldn’t matter.
It is frustrating that they keep disappearing and re-appearing at random.
Why isn’t there a disclaimer on the shop or the RAF page about disappearing items?
That seems predatory to me. At the very least it is not consumer friendly.

They’re just in the laundry. NPCs were complaining about the smell.

I recall there being a thread about this on the CS forums where they explained what’s going on with this issue, let me see if I can find it.

they have a fix, and it’s in review. due to the nature of the bug and also the fix, it’s taking longer than usual.

I never hear this problem with gear that we earn in game. I wonder if, when you purchase shop transmog it would solve the problem if the items were mailed to you in game. Then we consumed the cosmetic just like other in game cosmetics.
