My talents wont activate. I get a message that some of my talents have been reset but it’s clearly ALL my talents. So I spend time selecting everything and then when I go to apply, It goes through the motions but doesn’t apply anything. They’re all reset again. Anyone else have this problem?
Try with resetting the User Interface, then after you have reset the UI, load into the game select your talents, then log out of the game, and log back in.

If you aren’t doing so already, run the launcher as administrator.

The armory shows you with active talents, so I’d first rule out UI error.

That shouldn’t ever be necessary. If it is then there is something wrong with the way the game is installed (like installing to a privileged directory), and that needs to be corrected. Running it as administrator is a bandaid that should only ever really be used for testing to figure out the problem, it will not resolve any issues.
Okay - was there a need to lecture me (yes, that’s exactly how I perceived it)?
I am well aware of how fault finding works. If what I suggested has helped the OP - then by all means guide them on how to resolve it.
What I suggested is also something that has been done in this very forum since I started participated here (2010).
