Talanji should have asked both factions for aid instead of only one

And yet he was right. The book literally says they had suspicions she had Horde sympathies. He turned out correct.

withought evidence or trial he did wrong suck it up

Suck it up that the Alliance knew Talanji was slimy enough to make a deal with a genocidal Horde and got caught before she could follow though/actual damage the Alliance.

Why would i have to anduin is in the wrong about this whole situation and nothing you say can actually change that, he racially profiled someone, refused to offer then better hand which would have gained him two navies instead of one, and then sent his smucks to help them anyway, not a single move he made during this entire scenario was smart. what a failure of a king

The only one wrong here is Talanji for having wanted to aid a genocidal organization. Anduin did what he had to do keep the Alliance safe. Anduin ultimately got what he wanted after his action in BfA which is peace for the world. Talanji lost what was most precious to her, her father.

Maybe if she was no so stupid she wouldn’t have lost her navy and her dad.

nah, talanji took the hand that was offering, if anduin didn’t want someone to aid sylvanas he should have given the better hand.

And look what it got her, a dead dad and a broken navy. What a great deal the Horde offered.

Maybe if the Alliance weren’t so stupid, the Zandalari wouldn’t have fully backed the Horde?

Yes, what a great deal the Horde offered; protection and security from the Alliance that unjustly imprisoned the Crown Princess of Zandalar, butchered Rastakhan in cold blood because they for some reason thought he’d back down from a invasion in his sovereign territory and shattered the Golden Fleet.

Without their navy the Zandalari is kinda pointless/was strategically useless. Sure they backed the Horde, but its not like it mattered. And minus Old God/Jailer shinanigans the Alliance was on the cusp of winning.

Is that why Rastakhan died? What great protection the Horde offered. And all you had to do was join in the genocide.

Wrong. The Zandalari is not useless without their golden fleet, they as a society have more magical knowledge then almost every single nation still standing in Azeroth, hell troll voodoo is so powerful it makes the Lightforged piss themselves in fear.

What genocide would the Zandalari have joined in on?

The Alliance killed off their “Conclave of the Chosen”. Yeah, they were never all that.

Stormwind for starters considering that was always Sylvanas goal.

Oh yes, because raid bosses made just for that raid are such an impactful loss. By this token, neither were the Dark Irons, the Jadefire Masters, or the Tidesages.

Would they have backed Sylvanas in this though? I mean, they didn’t even support her when Saurfang’s rebellion was at her doorstep.

You said “hell troll voodoo is so powerful it makes the Lightforged piss themselves in fear.” and yet their most powerful magic user were killed off. There is nothing that said the Jade Master/Dark Irons or tidesages the Horde fought were the best in their field.

That is because she was losing/they didn’t even have a navy to help her even if she wanted. As for backing Sylvanas, considering that is what her war was about then yes, she would have likely help her with her genocide.

Weren’t you just lambasting Karestae earlier today about them holding a “for the greater good” PoV?

…the Conclave of the Chosen weren’t the Zandalari’s most powerful magic users, though?

We don’t have any proof of Talanji having genocidal tendencies, though.

They are the most devout of the Loa follower(ie voodoo). Their names are literally “chosen”.

Except it was both for the greater good and the only right call. If Anduin didn’t do anything, alot of people would likely have died.

As for Kara, I am lambasting her more so because she seem to think Arthas was some iredeemable evil when it look like if push comes to shoved she would use Arthas’ logic in a heartbeat.

Cool, except that’s not related to Voodoo. You don’t need to be a devout loa follower to be a powerful voodooist, ignoring that none of the Conclave even wielded it. Akunda’s chosen wielded the elements (storm) and Akunda’s power over mental manipulation. Pa’ku’s chosen also wielded the elements (air). Kimbul’s chosen used physical attacks, and Gonk’s chosen turned into a raptor like a Druid.

Then where were all these “great and powerful voodooist” while the Alliance attacked their city? Saying they have the best magical knowledge in the world is kinda stupid because voodoo/troll magic has proven to be inferior to arcane magic, hence the Amani’s fall and the Zandalari.

We also know Dalaran is/was the most powerful center of magical knowledge in the know world. With its destruction, that title now probably belong to Suramar, Silvermoon and Stormwind as the leading centers of magical research.

Rescuing Talanji from the alliance was the horde’s foot in the door for even stepping on Zandalar’s soil at all. Even that wasn’t enough for an alliance, the prospect of which he treats as a joke at the time.

The partnership would’ve failed had the alliance not kidnapped her.
