Yes and no. I’m 2600 and I get all of my weekly gilded crests from my 8x 10s for the vault. Only ppl playing catch-up are spamming 8s for crests.

The raids are literally tuned with the expectation of people in mythic doing both.
Name one CE guild that doesnt require this.

CE raiders usually don’t complain about this. They’ll go the extra mile on their own for the gear.
As a CE raider I am not a huge fan of Mplus
Brewa is also a multi CE raid lead and he hates mplus.

How is it ironic that I am commenting? I called you out for being toxic and trying to parse-shame someone and telling them that they suck while you yourself don’t go above AoTC level raids.
Don’t have the time, work and family keep me busy, and if I can’t commit 100% then I won’t go for it, also it was less about parse shaming and more about how he stands in 1 shot mechs as a BM hunter. There is nothing toxic about how I was speaking to that guy, he just refuses to have a constructive conversation and insists on calling people clueless and not actually making a productive argument. Also that guy acts like a high end CE raider and the thing is, is he is average at best being carried on an easy class. At the end of the day, my argument was mythic plus is not required by game developers and I stand by that until someone has empirical facts to back how it is required.
He does this to everyone. They get a rise out of it.

Almost every person I know who runs a CE guild tells me that people in guild complain all the time, it just doesn’t stop them from doing it lol.
Which by the way, absolutely sucks for the people who hate doing it, it’s just worth it in their minds to do it in order to raid. (I’m in the same boat, but no CE yet :p)
