This is false due to the fact that most expansions final raids don’t lock story on mythic maybe once during antorus but that was a blip. For future expansions specifically after legion mythic final raids didn’t have any exclusive phases.

- You didn’t even quote the whole comment, leaving out the part as to why I said to play other games, which is to see how story modes work in other games to have a better perspective of this feature.
- Saying that story mode isn’t meant to be higher difficulties isn’t toxic. It’s fact of how story modes work.
- I have never had an issue with story modes. I love story modes. They just aren’t a feature meant to gear at end game levels of content.

Actually, much of the story is in the lead up to those raids, content that essentially ceases to exist after an expansion, and now, after the patch is no longer current.
He didn’t misunderstand. If someone says something that someone else disagrees with then it’s toxic or you’re trolling, that’s how this works now. lol
You told this person to just play other games. I get so tired of the forum regulars and their ridiculous gatekeeping. You guys act like you have some kind of say in the development of this game, when the truth is, no one cares what you think.
Imagine spending the better part of your time flaming people on these forums for posting things they would like to see in the game. It is no wonder these forums are so dead.

Personally, I hope the follower system gets expanded to include ALL of the currently existing dungeons, and all new dungeons added in the future. There’s a lot of old dungeons I would enjoy revisiting with NPC’s when leveling a new alt.

I’m pretty positively certain it’ll move forward into new expansions. It may take a while to get it working in all of the older lowbie content.

Definitely looking forward to this.
Also hoping it gets expanded into LFR as well. That would solve a large portion of the loot drama threads and provide a good way to collect those transmogs without stepping on anyone’s toes.
Edit: Not to mention it would provide a good place to practice things like tank swap mechanics that seem to cause new LFR tanks a lot of trouble.
