Take the Lead in Follower Dungeons

Well yeah, i mean a group of solid 4 randos + a carry (coughaugcoughevokercough) can time a 20 lol

But thats interesting. Ive only bought one carry back in SL to get an alt caught up quicker

Iā€™m pretty sure that i remember it, not only Dragonflight, but also, shadowlands and BfA. During the leveling we had only half of the dungeons available and the rest are unlocked at the max level.

Oh and just FYI (for your information) you can spam these dungeons at max level for gear.

But at least as far as the UI previewed in the article, half of them are still level 70 dungeonsā€¦which means you canā€™t do them with followers until level 70. DotI also has quests related to it, because thereā€™s story that takes place inside. Seems like it could benefit from having a ā€˜story modeā€™ so players can experience it, doesnā€™t it?

And to be clear, Iā€™m not arguing that it should be added in its current form since its lowest difficulty is heroic. Iā€™m arguing that it should be given a normal difficulty and add THAT to the pool.

Looking forward to this and hope it goes forward into new expansions. Donā€™t care if it gets expanded to other difficulties or not. As a solo player, I just want to be able to finish the quests and run the dungeons once or twice on a character.

Yep, Iā€™ve worked in very large groups myself, And I do understand the point you are making. However when compared to the interaction that this game use to have vs the Interaction that this game has now. Iā€™ll say The former was certainly better.

It is no difference to me if my wife and I are running in a dungeon and having fun with 3 NPCā€™s vs Running in a dungeon with 3 random people who are just rushing to the end.

The only difference I know for a fact is that NPCā€™s arenā€™t going to insult Her or I or even someone else because something didnā€™t go the way that they wanted. And I understand thatā€™s how a lot of the community is now. Not everyone mind you. On a rare occasion we have come across a few wonderful people. But those few people do not out weigh a single time to look at a broken hearted person because they were new to the dungeon and didnā€™t stand in the right spot. Didnā€™t understand a Mechanic or just learning the dungeon from a first time playing.

They would have to create a Normal mode for it thoughā€¦ It is only Heroic and Mythic.

Agreed 100% although I doubt it will ever include M0. I do hope Heroic is added as well as older dungeonsā€¦ basically ANY queueable dungeons.

They are base story, base expansion dungeons. DotI is an end game megadungeon from a later patch.

It is not part of the base expansion, base storyline for zone completion.

Because you were FORCED to talk to others to join groups for content

Introduction of LFD killed that. But still in a group setting, even without a single word being uttered, youre interacting

It rarely happens. And the 2-3 people who make the same fuss on differrnt alts on the forums arent a testimony to that.

If this game didnā€™t have a decent amount of content that you could do solo, i wouldnā€™t be here.

Used to love grouping but things change. In this game, it didnā€™t change for the better.

I like the combat system. If they made a single player game with this combat system that took 300-400 hours to complete, id be all over it

If Heroic or Mythic 0 were actual end game content I certainly will agree with you. However both of those are just further stepping stones to get into Mythic + and Raiding. And to be honest I donā€™t even think heroic counts as a stepping stone.

tried it on ptr. the npcs died at first boss xD. Must have had a casual pug follower

There just times when you donā€™t want to deal with other people and concentrate on trying to land on a mountain top to get a flag just for some achievement.

Or they were scarred by Trade Chat.
