Title pretty much says it all. Trying to figure out if it’s still worth it to level tailoring for a new lock in P3.
If you will access content/raids slowly and casually? Yes. Tailoring will last you.
If you are able to get into a guild that runs you through raids and catch up gear, with the catchup mechanics in place, it won’t last as long.
