Tabards and transmog

recently boosted a mage, according to my achievements i have completed all the northrend explorations and should have earned tabard of the explorer. however when i interact with tabard vendors there is no option to get tabard of the explorer.

unfortunately white tabards are not eligible for transmog, leaving tabard of the explorer the easiest way to get a moggable tabard.

doesnt seem to be any way for my boost to recover this tabard? anyone have thoughts on this?

i think you are able to individually explore the map again and regain those exploration achievements on your mage
its probably not the answer you wanna hear but is def the fastest way out of this issue
