For me the worst part about sync groups isn’t going against them IF we have a full group the worst part is when I go in an epic and we are down 20 players because their group couldn’t all get in, it happened to me today 3 times out of the 5 epics i tried to do

Blizzard rarely corrects issues with the casual BG experience, it took them 18 years to fix some of the issues in AV, and who knows how long those caught up in the last rated ban were engaged in bannable behavior.
Don’t conflate their inaction with their acceptance.
