Sylverian Dreamer mount not showing up in mount tab

When the Sylverian Dreamer mount offer went out, my Battlenet tab in my desktop tray started flashing (I was in-game playing). I tabbed-out and saw the bell icon “Open Notification Center” was blinking. When I clicked on it it said I had received the mount as a gift for my 6 month revolving sub. Awesome! I clicked on it to receive the gift and figured I’d see it pop up in my mount collections tab as a gift-wrapped item like they usually do. But I didn’t get it? There’s no item in my mailbox, nothing showed up in my bags, and the mount in the mount tab is still greyed-out. What’s the deal? Did I get the mount or is there a glitch somewhere? I’ve had a revolving 6 month sub forever lol.

PS: I disabled add-ons so it’s not that.

Did you relog, Lucky?

Both game and launcher?

If not, this may be an update issue. Since this is very fresh I haven’t seen any issues yet, but if you cannot find it after a full relog, please do update this post.

Whoot! Yeah, this is actually a pretty common thing. There are some things that just won’t update until a fresh login. Enjoy!

Same thing is happening to me. But the fresh login isn’t working.

im having the same issue too. I already restart everything including my computer but its still not showing.

Looks like you were able to claim the gifted mount and it is in your mount collection now. If you’re still not seeing it after fully closing down and restarting the game, you will want to do an interface reset.

The mount appears to be available to you as well. I’d recommend the same steps I linked above. It may also be worth double checking your mount list filter to make sure all sources are being shown.

I’m on a 6 month Resub that just kicked off recently and I’ve yet to see the in game icon or mount in my bag.

Is there something else I need to do ?

You need to claim your gift in the launcher.

Correct, those who are eligible would receive a gift which can be found in the launcher or on the website.

That page got me on the redeem section so thank you for that.

Now its about getting it to unwrap currently in game :stuck_out_tongue:

I had this same problem, and for me I had to update and restart my battle.net client, then I got a notification in the client that I had a gift, I had to accept it there, then when I logged in to wow I got a notification that I had a new mount, and had to unwrap the gift there from within the mount menu…

still cant see the new mount im supposed to have. I did everything ( reset everything including my desktop, and reset my interface ). don’t know what else I need to do…

Did you update your battle.net client?

yep I did. it keeps saying that I have an unopened in collection tab. but wen I open the collection tabs, its nothing.

yea, I already claimed it from there.

Gotcha, that means there are two things that could be hiding it - either a corrupt UI or mount filters.

Try checking through mount filters first to make sure everything’s visible. If that doesn’t work, try a UI reset.
