I mean probably, I don’t know why they wouldn’t just completely reset her back to Actual Elf when they’re already not trying. It’d make more sense when Anduin knocks her up too.

No, I highly doubt that since that body of hers is her dead corpse possessed by her banshee self. Frostmourne stole half her soul and left the other half as a banshee, but she’s not magically just alive again. More than likely her soul is whole once more, hence the blue glow of her High Elf past.
Of course, it’s all speculation; we don’t know what quest comes next. But the odds of her rejoining the Alliance are even slimmer than her rejoining the Horde, and I don’t imagine either will happen.
The banshee wasn’t released… she’s definitely still a banshee.
I don’t believe Anduin will do all that lol, but I do believe we have a interesting story to see going forward with her and the resentment from Alliance figures. Like Genn sons being killed and the Tyranda etc. Will be interesting to see how this will go, if she will be held a prisoner etc.

There is no realistic way they could sell someone who did the things Sylvanas did to Alliance member races as now joining them. We are not talking about just any Horde, hell the Blood Elves or even the Tauren could probably slip right into the Alliance without much of an issue. But Sylvanas has committed actions against member races that can not just be forgiven. It would be like Hitler settling down in Iseral.
It’s the logical conclusion to the setups we’ve had so far. Anduin and Sylvanas totes bonded while she was torturing him. Now that she’s being redeemed and revived, she’s gonna be all about that Human Potential.
So in other words she was giving her Friendly soul back so will have both good and bad presence with in her ontop of a banshee powers as a half undead and half High Elf features? #confusing lol.
If Sylvanas goes Alliance I may go back to playing my Alliance characters more.
Personally I should’ve expected this but if they haven’t removed the Human racial [Perception] in Cata than Anduin could’ve saw the Val’Kyr coming😆

Has nothing to do with her body’s state of living. She’s still a walking corpse regardless of how much soul she has in her. Now she can just play jazz music.
