Man when you google it, wowpedia even states magic isnt exactly forbidden in a mak’gora. Then again i have no clue how accurate wowpedia.

The rules of mak’gora seem to change every time it happens. Besides, Saurfang had completely accepted that he’d get thrashed from the get-go.
