Swp loot de-spawn issue

I looted the Shadowsword Commander at 10:23 pm EST on Tuesday 28JUN22 in our Sunwell run and saw a Pattern: Sunfire Robe dropped. Jerher was the master looter and therefore would have to be the one to loot it. Before Jerher could run to the mob to loot it, the mob de-spawned exactly as described here: Sunwell Commander w/loot despawned immediately at gauntlet

Jerher was unable to loot the Pattern: Sunfire Robe as a result.

As a note, we had a Pattern: Sunfire Robe drop earlier in the night, so this would have been a second one. I wanted to indicate this in case you see it in our raid’s loot history. The one that dropped from the Shadowsword Commander was not successfully looted before de-spawn.

Please look into this and, if possible, provide Jerher the second Pattern: Sunfire Robe that was not lootable.

We had the same issue occur in one of our raids and were able to provide video of a plan dropping but despawning before it could be looted. Unfortunately the response will be that they are unable to provide the pattern to you but will thank you for providing detailed information allowing them narrow down what may be causing the issue and resolve it in the future.

We did get the plan to drop again two weeks later, good luck!

This has been happening since 2008. Sometimes you will get a GM to restore the item, sometimes not. We had a Wand of the Demonsoul restored (in 08).
