Multiple women actually.

It is not up to anyone to decide except the law. Public opinion does not matter.

Are they streamers? Or no?

Lol, the law? This isn’t a police report. It’s a story.

Depends how loud the public is these days

Two people from days of yore come to mind…

Fatty Arbuckle - one of the most successful comedians of his time. His life was utterly destroyed by false accusations.

Rudy Valleé - another successful actor/singer (the original crooner) who was a vile man but due to his veneer of charm got away with it.

Swifty was one of the biggest WoW personalities for quite some time, sponsored by Razer back when they got started, etc.

I don’t know anything about this specific case because I care about internet celebrities even less than I care about real celebrities, which is a feat in and of itself.

What I do know is that your motto of “anyone who ever makes a claim of being assaulted should be assumed to be telling the truth out of hand.” is the opposite of justice.

This is the United States. It’s a fantasy of innocent until proven guilty. You’re guilty until proven innocent, and you better have a crap ton of cash to afford competent lawyers because legal aide isn’t going to get you squat.

No, I mean his accusers.
If they are streamers.
Then just like with the situation with Angry Joe, most likely doing it for the clout chasing.

Innocent until proven guilty. Provide evidence.

If everything turns into a “he said she said” situation, then our society is in a bad place. If an accusation is now the equivalent of a death sentence (metaphorically) with no proof, then nobody is safe. Not even you.

To be clear - I’m not defending Swifty. I have no clue who he is or what he’s supposedly done. I just saw something I disagree with.

Oh no, not the NPC :scream: :scream:

Have you seen our society?

It’s not justice or not because I’m not prosecuting anyone. I’m simply believing someone who is going to be called a liar for being brave enough to speak out. Fortunately, they have support. I’m glad the WoW forums are such a minority of toxic players.

So you’ll look the other way when a man is abused by a woman?

What did he say?

Oh, I read about Angry Joe. I feel bad for him. His comment he made, and how he’s handling it is correct. I have no idea about Swifty’s accusers though.

And on that note, this is a general statement (not directed at your Pourin). If you feel you have been wronged, or violated in some form or another, do not make a comment about it on social media and then rile people up in a mob mentality. Go to your local authorities, tell them of your situation, cooperate, and be honest about the whole situation. This whole “I was assaulted, TO TWITTER~!” is ridiculous. Go to your local authorities, because tweeting about it just riles people up into mob mentality and hurts your case.
