I was suspended 3 days for a character name that was questionable. The suspension has run out according to the Blizzard launcher but when I attempt to enter the game it says “The suspension expires in 1 day 23 hours”.
I had a ticket in for just over 2 days to appeal but no response. Now that the suspension is over, why isn’t WoW recognizing it and letting me play? I can post on the forum now so it’s at least partially lifted.
Try a PW reset that can sometimes fix it but leave the ticket open regardless incase it doesnt go away.
I’m not seeing anything active on the account. If I’m doing my time conversion right it should have expired about 17 minutes ago.
Try logging out completely and restarting Battle.net. If that doesn’t work, resetting your password as Darthwraith suggested might be a good idea.
I’ll give that a shot when I get home. The Blizzard launcher no longer shows suspended, only when I launch WoW it shows still suspended when attempting to load the server.
