Last week I purchased gold. I’m sorry but I did it. I received a three day ban on my main account a couple of days ago which ended yesterday. I did some quests and ran a dungeon yesterday. Today, when I logged in, I had received another 3 day suspension for the same offense.
I opened an appeal but have not heard back. Has anyone else had trouble with this?
There have been a few similar posts recently. Just keep that ticket open and they should be able to take a look.
I’m seeing this now that i’m going through other posts. Maybe some sort of glitch with the flagging/suspension?
Could very well be, but they are aware of it and apparently, these sorts of appeals already have some sort of faster-track queue apart from the norm. Just hang tight and they will get to you ASAP!
And just in case someone else hits this thread before seeing the others, a Blue post recognizing this as a known issue.

Honestly your lucky they didnt do worse its players like you that lets the gold sellerrs run rampart should just let the ban stay and lesson learnt.
honestly, i agree. I felt bad about buying the gold. I’ll accept a 6 day suspension if that’s what was intended. I’m just hoping I don’t get suspended on repeat 
I would also get a new CC before those gold sellers do something with your information.
