Just out of curiosity - did your email specifically say “win trading” was the cause? Or was it under the blanket of cheats/hacks/botting/exploits as referenced in the title? Because those are entirely different beasts, depending on the wording of your email.

@leynia i was unaware of that aspect but also why only suspend 1 account and not both?

Working with opponents to unjustly receive victories in PvP content, also known as win trading, is considered cheating and is a violation of our terms of service. This type of cheating undermines other players’ experience and severely upsets the balance of the game environment.
Only Blizzard knows, and unless a SFA can pop in with a hint, we won’t know.
But taking a guess it’s probably one or a combination of only one of your accounts got reported, only one of your accounts met the threshold for being penalized, or the reports for your other account just haven’t been reviewed yet and might still receive a penalty.

Just out of curiosity, was it the healer account that was banned? If so, how much healing and/or damage was the healer actually doing during matches?
that’s why it’s wild it’s my main account “feral” and not the 2nd account “shaman”. but I’ve done way more matches with the 2nd account as it has my pally that I push rating on. main “feral” was just to pass the time till my partner jumped on so it has real low rating. and for how much dmg/heal he would do its not a lot as he was in greens and got 1 shot 9/10 times
So… How much, if any, damage was the druid doing?
My gut tells me this might likely be a non-participation issue. In any event, depending on holiday staffing levels, a blue might be able to provide a little clarity in the morning.
It’s also possible the holiday could impact ticket response times.
not going to lie feral would carry with the huge damage and cc. i would say win 75% of the time unless it was a ret pally
also I want to clarify this may not be the problem this is just the only thing I’ve done since i only run 2v2 arena’s which is why i brought this up just trying to get some input
If you have details to share, sending them to the hacks@blizzard.com email is much more appropriate.

A good deal usually, Bullywully. These actions tend to be based on a lot of data that is collected about the behavior on the account and the matches that are participated in.
Mistakes can happen, which is why we have an appeals process. Good luck on your appeal.
