You have to maintain serpent sting at all times(situational exceptions aside), keep bombs on cooldown, and keep kill command on cooldown without energy capping. In addition you have to pool energy so that you can manage your mongoose fury stacks to optimize the number of mongoose bites you get at 5 stacks. It’s not a simple spec by any means.
