I cannot say specifically for your case, but we have been seeing some issues with the Support Site, which have caused for extended load times when attempting to bring up a page. I imagine it might have been impacting the in-game option as well.

The issue is still persisting, and it is actively being worked on.

Indeed. The site seems to be having some issues. They are actively working on it. Several self-help options like the Item Restoration page are lagging behind, along with some of my tools. >.<

We hope to have the issues resolved as quickly as we can.
