Support tickets not showing in "active tickets"

I submitted a ticket about merging two Blizzard accounts via the website and also in game. Neither are showing up in my “active tickets” and I also did not receive an email confirmation after submitting. Does it take some time for them to go through/show up in active?

I know support is stretched these days but wouldn’t ticket submission be automated?

That makes me think it didn’t submit, but what you are asking - isn’t how it works.

The merge feature on the website is only for very very old licenses that predate Battlenet.

If what you are wanting to do is move licenses - that may be partially doable - but know, if you move a WoW license from one Battlenet account to another, everything that is in a collection will stay behind on the original Battlenet account. Mounts, achievements, heirlooms, pets, etc.

Ah, thanks for the clarification! Moving a license is what I’m after, I have no collections on the second account, I just mistakenly created a second Blizzard account rather than adding a second WoW account on my existing Blizz account. I just don’t want to have to buy Shadowlands twice haha

I’ll try resubmitting with this category instead.

edit: I’m OP, I just changed my character since I don’t remember ever picking that one XD

Please note, Shadowlands is at the account level, not bnet level.

One of my licenses has pre purchased Shadowlands. My second account on same bnet has not, so would not have access the way things stand now at release.
