Anyway I can get someone to look at my ticket? Its been over 2 days since I provided the information requested and have not received a response.
Depending on the issue tickets are taking about 2 weeks. Certain issues are substantially shorter. There’s no way to speed it up.
Wow, Blizzard has really gone downhill since the last time I played… Thanks for the reply! I wont get my hopes up of playing anytime soon.
Cs hasnt changed its more of a perfect storm of issues that changed what should be. 1 to 2cdays per ticket to just under 2 weeks no one even blizzard is happy.
It’s really only been this way for the last few months, they had a bunch of stuff all release and/or break all at once so ticket times blew up pretty bad. Most issues that stop you from playing, like billing issues and such, are handled within a few days, but it depends a bit on exactly what the issue is, and it’s also important that you used the right category for your ticket.

Actually they are now under a week from what I’m understanding. I know that people are reporting stuck tickets taking like 12 hours.

Assuming there aren’t any big changes, current response time for that ticket type is about 5 days. Hopefully it will go down and be answered sooner, but that seems to be the average right now.
