Support Ticket won't submit

So sick of Blizzard’s non-support. Ticket will not submit and it’s a big issue. Tried reducing it to a couple of words. Still nothing. Uninstalling WoW now. Wth happened to Blizz support??

WHat kind of ticket are you trying to put in? Are you attaching a document to it? Are you getting an error message?

It was a tech support ticket. Yes I attached both the MSInfo and DxDiag files as requested. I hit submit and it spins around and then does nothing. That was just FYI. I’m uninstalling. I have played Wow since Classic and the support used to be good. It’s not anymore and I’m done…after all these years.

It’s likely that the files were too large, for what it’s worth. That is usually the case when people report what you’re reporting.

Make sure. My MSinfo is trying to save in .NFO, and it’s not listed as allowed.

Acceptable file formats are BMP, GIF, JPG, LOG, PCX, PDF, PNG, REP, SPX, TGA, TXT, SC2REPLAY and STORMREPLAY. You can attach up to 4 files, each no larger than 15MB. If you’re attaching a picture of any documentation with your personal information on it, follow the instructions in our support article.

Try doing a paste bin for the files, and send the link isntead.

Both are (were) TXT files. Ending this conversation now.

If you need more help, and have issues submitting a ticket, try a different browser or some browsers have incognito modes.

Support is there, but something is blocking your ticket effort. What that would be, your fellow players, myself included, would not know.

If you ever have any problems, please always come here and ask us. Sometimes tickets are a little frustrating, but we can help and will do what we can. So will our SFAs. Don’t let the frustration overwhelm you! We are happy to help! :purple_heart:
