I’m trying to preview a ticket I opened, and I’m greeted with this error, I tried googling some results for it but getting nothing, any idea?
That seems odd Nuzzle! Don’t think I’ve gotten an error before when looking at past tickets myself. For fun, I just gave it a go and didn’t have any trouble myself.
That said, when you go the your ticket history here, does it show your ticket there at least? Or is it not showing you any of your tickets at all?
I wonder if clearing your browser cache and reloading it or even trying a whole different browser altogether (chrome/firefox/edge/etc.) might work.

Yeah doing a cache clear, and using another browser worked, oddly enough.
Just strange, I’ve never seen this error before either, even search for it yields no results, wonder what it was tied to.
