I participate because the whole dang reason I’m there in the first place is the Dewdrops. If you don’t actively hit stuff, the most you get is 50. That’s not hardly gonna get me good rewards off the five seeds I need to do a week.

Well if you have a potato of a pc you can’t complain. “This game is lagging so much. It’s terribly optimized. It can’t be my gtx 970 and my i5 4700k(even though they are just about 10 years old) so it must be the games problem, not on my end.”
And I just made a computer for just under $2900. Gtx 4080, ryzen 7 7800x3d, 2tb nmve SSD, 32gbs of ram. I also bought an aio that was $250 that you could save a ton not getting that and a $200 case. So you could easily buy a super high end pc for $2500. Or you can keep exaggerating this $4000 number

Thats exactly what i have done on 11 characters this week! I am sick of doing all the gathering work!!
I have a over 2 year old $1300 Dell computer with all the WoW sittings set to max and have zero lag in the game doing these events or grouping up with a 40 person raid team going all out. Not really sure where you think you need a $4000 computer just to play WoW and do superbloom without lag comes from.

Have 3 druids, and the rest use regular flying, and i can knock out 200 objectives while the DR players are sitting there following when they run out.
I have been doing these since day 1, and believe me, i KNOW what i am talking about!
I legit never knew this until today because I always do stuff from start to finish for the superbloom and to get as many droplets as I can but on one of my alt Warlocks I was running late and when I landed I still had enough time to get the 50 bloom easy and get the end boss kill to complete the quest which was nice.

So, you can do more contribution on a standard flying mount than a dragon riding mount… This means dragon riding is the problem!

Simple strat. I find a bloom, I put my seed on and 1 5 pack for the bag. Then I work to collect dew but don’t contribute unless I see others contributing. Nothing big, like 1-2 dew drops every now and then.
At around the 20 second mark, I make a judgment call. If we’re close to a break point (50 or 100), I’ll just finish to that point. If not, I don’t bother.
Nothing worse than dumping 40 stacks of 5 into a bloom, only to have it be at like 46 and you get nothing for it.

It actually is, you can not hover and do the flowers, you can not keep using the space bar to go after the bugs, i have used regular flying since i unlocked it, and i have never been dismounted doing flowers on regular mounts, and never run out of vigor doing bugs. On my 3 druids, its insane, i do not get thrown out of flight form for anything no matter what.
Its a total breeze. I have always been the top contributor in the blooms as far as gathering goes, even pulling weeds on a regular mount is a breeze because if you hover right, you do not dismount, ever.
I actually love it.

Oh by far! But using regular flying also does the trick 100%! No dismounts unless you stink at it. Only thing you dismount on is dirt piles.
No our flight form is instant cast like the Halloween broom… zoom a zoom zoom… we can collect faster than normal who don’t get dismounted.

I don’t mind that part, I just wish the “work” was fun and worth doing for its own sake (killin stuff) and less of a chore (gardening).
Wish they would stop letting people progress with these events when not contributing to the task. If you dont help you dont get Progress simple. You dont get a kill unless you put some hits on mobs so why is this any different.
Same should be with events no contribution no progress. You dont get kill credit hovering over a world boss just for being in proximity and getting credit and all the rewards. Why do people expect to get everything without doing anything, if one is too lazy to interact with a game then maybe they should find something else to do.

Ive slayed my 50 points for the weekly. After that ill hover afk.
The bags from filling the bar are trash. The blue bag has worse contents then the green.
I dont care.
At that point i am waiting the 15 min for the event to end so i can hand in.
