Forgive me father for I have sinned, I was late to the superbloom so I flew in and intercepted the dryad with the quest, killed about 5 mobs and the end boss and collected the reward, but the one redeeming moment , is when i got the same pair of haste / versatility shoulders i already had equipped , that don’t give me enough attack power to beat myself out of a paper bag anyway…
That’s a “you” problem. I never once have any fps issues. Build a new computer bro
No real incentive NOT to.
Plus, there’s no need to…
Hi superbloom shirker here and I’ll do it again.
(I do my part on most characters just one or two alts I have logged in at the final spot. It evens out).
Yeah, i’ll go spend $4000 to combat a terribly optimized game so I can grind training dummies in a superbloom for 20 minutes and enjoy every single second of it, 120 frames of bliss at a time. Good point
I’m just glad you can knock out the weekly for it by just hitting the last 2 minutes.
Has nothing at all do with this.
Yeah it doesn’t. But they are more visible that way. I prefer when they were leeching from the ground, less obvious.
I put myself on follow. I have to check every once in a while because people will mount up, fly way off course and into a tree to lose me. Then I got to fly back and follow again til the bloom event finishes. I prefer the sitting on pillars last patch. This one is long, tedious and tbh pointless
I guess, but a leech is a leech either way.
I’m probably gonna stop doing it once I get renown 18 with them, does feel pointless, long and repetitive.
I feel like this is a ridiculous complaint
The real complaint should be why is this boring AF event a weekly? and why does it have to take so long? just have it be a half-time event that runs every half-hour instead of a 15-20 minute event every hour. And ffs…why does it have to move?
I only do them as I’m still crafting pieces for the dream shard thing each week. And yeah renown 18 for the augment rune
I can’t wait to get fyrakk axe and have to do it some more. /s
It moves because blizzard saw us sitting on pillars. Now I just mount up and auto follow lol
Ikr don’t get me started it’s depressing not having the axe yet
I don’t overly care as I main tank, but I still kinda want it. Last time we’ve had a legendary weapon was Shadowmourne yeah?
- They do reward people for being active.
If you want to complain about folks not being active complain that Blizzard set the bar of what they consider active at 50 Dew. Not that I see much point in this since then the immediate counter argument is “the hell does ‘active’ mean”? - If folks don’t want the bag for the Dew collection then… why should folks be able to force folks to do that? It isn’t entirely that dissimilar from when folks plant whatever seeds they have for the quest and then fly off if they don’t care about the flower they planted. As others have pointed out here it is similar to LFR but why should you tier your rewards so only those min-maxxing content not meant to be min-maxxed as the norm…?
This is the nature of open world content - it is open to the world, for folks to participate in as much or as little as they want. Blizzard set the bar at participating 50 score for the event so that’s what the minimum is.
It isn’t the rocket science … nor is anyone forced to do this content if they don’t want to. If folks don’t like it, Blizzard won’t do it again, which is likely to be the case for the next expansion at least I’d hedge my guess for them to not have this particular type of open world content be normalised. Other community open world events sure, but not this type.
I skipped that xpac, left in bc and came back during bfa. I did go back and get my thunderfury though
you can report them afking and not helping
