The buff shouldn’t come because once it does it means that wrath will come in ~2 months. This is a problem because beta is full of bugs and if it ships in its current state people will just complain, as they should.
But that’s their problem… you don’t announce something to later ignore everyone.
It’s their problem that their 3.3.5 version needs ALOT of work too.
You see any decent company out there don’t announce things specially if they are good things for players/customers and be like: “oopsie we didnt think our version needed this much work…” this is a typical blizzard behavior.
No it doesn’t. This is a dumb argument people keep making. Blizzard changes timelines all the time. No two events are tied together
