I’ve made like 200,000 gold in less than 2 weeks without even really trying. Don’t see the problem for some old transmog or old mats being expensive.

No you really have not explained how the wow token is connected to RMT. I really don’t see how the wow token is the issue. It exists primarily as a balancing tool. They created it as solution to gold farmers and rmt gold sellers. It’s also great for folks who make enough gold to pay for game time with it.
Again how would removing the wow token effect RMT? If anything it would make it worse.

If there was a serious addiction in California to “Coca Cola” and 8% of the population of the state was severely hooked on it, what would be the solution?
A) Crack down on the coca cola users by increasing police
B) Make coca cola legal and start selling it
Blizzard chose B, which resulted in now 60% of the population now addicted to coca cola, and illegal sellers undercutting are still selling because now more people are hooked so it’s easier for them to find customers.
The problem is not removed, y’all just stopped calling it a problem.
