1 day ago suddenly i was banned and got mail that said
“Account Action: Account Closure
Offense: Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs (Hacks)”
i was never use or even search anything about Hack/Bot Related program, i got 2 account in 1 Blizzard account that i play at the same time (Game account name Wow1 , and Wow2)
The first account is fine and i can still play it
Maybe it dont matter but the one account that get banned is my paladin with almost full BIS P1 and i saves some gold for GKP when P2 comes , i find it unreasonable why a person would progressing almost everyday and then using hack/bot , i dont even know what a hacker/bot can do.
Its been one day and no response from GM, i wanna ask some help
- do i need to open new ticket ?
- Are this ban can happen if someone report you for 0 reason?
- A few days before i got banned is i trade the GKP leader gold for T4 shoulder token , are GKP bannable?
Ticket times are running a bit high right now, possibly 3 days, opening a new ticket is not warranted and may hinder the process.
The ban or suspension happens because a GM reviewed the logs, found probable cause. It does not matter about reports, but reports can lead to penalties if cause is found. The appeal will go to a second set of eyes to review the logs again.
GKP is not banned, though not supported either. Where you got the gold though could cause problems if that gold came from an illicit source.
There is not much more information this forum can provide, save for where to seek the appeal process, which I am happy to note you found.

Thank you for answering, will wait for now. I try to find a live chat support but cant find any, it just scares me a lot not having an answer/response and feel like misjudged.
Appeals are only handled by web ticket, live chat are more for billing or technical issues, and they would not be able to provide more information. Sorry

Your ticket is still open. You can check the status of your tickets from your Case History page: https://battle.net/support/case/
You do not need to open any additional tickets while you still have one active.
As for your other questions, the Support team will not be able to provide you with any information about what was detected, when it was detected, or how it was detected. This information is kept internal because it would provide hackers and cheat developers information that they could use to avoid being caught in the future.
We don’t allow account penalties to be discussed on the forums though so I’m going to go ahead and close this topic. Please keep an eye on your open ticket for updates from the Support team.
