Hello ive been subscribed for year’s with my paypal account but sundently i cannot subscribe atm. Is there something wrong ? I got stuff to do sunday 20 2020 and i dont want to get my game time via wow gold i need it for other stuff :smiley: can you help me thanks :smiley:

Are you able to purchase a block of game time from the Shop instead?

I’d be checking the linked credit/debit card you have with Paypal to ensure it hasn’t expired.

i dont have a credit card with my paypal only my bank account

That might actually be the issue. You need a credit card or bank account associated with your PayPal in order for it to be used as a subscription option.

my bank account is link with my paypal. like i said i used paypal for years to pay my wow subs

Wonder if you try removing PayPal as a payment type under your account admin section Payment Methods and then re-add it if it will clear up.

Well, if your subscription isn’t renewing, then that warning is moot. I’d back Perl’s advice to remove and re-add Paypal.

i just did and retried to subs and didnt work, i got a friend to gift me game time and ill leave it to the dev team to fix this issues. I bought CoD pass on 16th december … so it should be working …
