Unlikely. If you’re judging by what the launcher says, the launcher is a lying gadget. Its estimate of remaining game time is laughably wrong, especially immediately after purchasing more game time.
Use the Account Summary page to see when new game time was applied and how long it should last.
If there’s any question whether your game time purchase went through, check your Transaction History page.
