My game time just auto-renewed to 6 months, but I wanted to sub for the year. Is there a way to add on another 6 months to make up the year? I was going to do the year when i got in but it did it already 
You’ll have to see if you’re eligible for a refund of the recent 6-month renewal. They won’t be able to pro-rate it and tack it on like that.
Via the Support link at the top of the page, you’ll want to navigate to Payments and then Refunds. The system will try to check automatically first, but if that doesn’t work you’ll be given the option to submit a ticket afterward.
Once that’s cleared up then you can set up the year sub.

Adding another 6 months to a 6 month sub just makes it into two six month subs back to back - not the same thing as a single 12 month sub.
You can try to cancel the most recent 6 month sub if you have not put a lot of time on it yet, and then add a 12 month sub.
The current 12 month sub promotion, however, does bill immediately.
