Subscription Type 1-Month Recurring, 2 months in a row it has not

I have purchased the Subscription Type
1-Month Recurring and this is the second month in a row that it has not automatically withdrawn the funds for the subscription.

Recurring - occurring again periodically or repeatedly.

I recommend, trying to re-setup the subscription. I believe the auto renew should attempt to pull the funds 3 days prior to your sub ending.

In fact looking at transaction history WoW double dipped, I want a refund for Novembers payment since I made it on Sep 30, why was I charged again Nov 3?
