So in 2025 we now have to wait for our subscriptions to process ??? I renewed mine over an hour ago, Blizzard already has my money. It was takent out of my account immediately but yet here we are in 2025 waiting for a subscription renewal ??? I could have seen this being an issue 10 years ago but now ??? WTH !!
Digital purchases have always taken either instant or 24hr to process this isn’t new

A purchase can still fail, even if the money shows as held by the bank. In 2025 we are probably dealing with more security checks than before. Make sure your bank did not send a fraud check, I know I had one for Twitch not too long ago.
Try completely logging out of and back into the launcher.

About this - is it showing as pending authorisation on your bank statement? Technically it’s not taken yet, just allocated pending successful transaction. Once that happens, it’s taken.
Regarding of 2015 or 2025 - the online transaction systems used by banks, credit card companies etc all follow stringent processes to protect against fraud, theft and the like.
