Hello ^^ I just got the monthly subscription, but it still won’t let me whisper to other people? Do you need to buy something else to be able to be sociable? Or does it just take a bit to kick in?
If you just purchased it, barring a situation where it fails, it can take up to 24 hours for all starter restrictions to fall off. Leveling is immediate, while the rest are a fraud deterrent.
