I have bought the Dragon Flight Expansion that already includes the 30-Days of free game time. Why is it asking me to select a subscription package !! (see below)
I am already a 6 month subscriber and already been billed my $77.94 on Oct 1 for 6 months.
#1 How does my free 30-days factor in the 6 month billing I am already on and paid for.
#2 There is no option when purchasing to indicate you are already a 6 month subscriber. I dont want to click anything and get nailed again. So I clicked will subscribe later as my selection lol!!

If you are already subscribed, you got nothing to worry about, as for the 30 day, it will be added to the end of of your 6 month, so you won’t be billed til after the 30 days are up.
That’s what I did
You can check you account management to see if you are still subscribed.

Same here, I think the prompt is not an intelligent one, where it checks your game time status. However, it may be worth checking that the CC you have on file has an updated expiration date. When you have a 6 month recurring sub, the expiration dates can sneak attack you.

I also have a subscription question. due to a hack, we had to cancel our credit cards and thus the subscription. Now I wanted to add a new credit card which I did and when I wanted to re add my subscription it said 65 euro or something but is that getting off our credit cards now or later around the expire date because we both have subscription game time still running till 2023 something
If you set up a subscription you will not be billed until about 3 days before your current game time runs out. You will not see it on your credit card until that time. Though, you could see an authorization for that amount which should expire in a few days.
If you purchase a block of game time from the store, that can be applied immediately and extend out your active game time applied to your account. In that case you will see it immediately on your credit card.

Ah oke ty then i am reassured that it will only be billed few days before our expires which is well around jan and march 2023 hahaha

i was wondering could you help me out i have a monthly sub and it asked me same thing and i clicked just keep it going so will i be billed December 1st since i order November first or how does this whole thing order out i am wonder please help fast
nothing to worry about. If you are already subbed, clicking the button just reaffirms you will be subbed and be billed as usual. You can check you account management to see if you are still subscribed and billing date.
