Subscription problem

Recently I canceled the automatic subscription.
But I still have 4 months in my account till August.
However I cannot log in today, saying that my subscription expired.
Already opened a ticket for 8 hrs but no answer.

Your gona have to wait on your ticket theres not much else that can be done.

Do you have multiple licenses on your account and are sure you’re logging into the correct one?

THX I only have one account. My overwatch works fine atm.

I’d first try fully relogging - including the launcher.

The sub is indeed cancelled, but I do show time on this till August, yes.

If that doesn’t help, I’d pop in a ticket, let Billing have a closer look - but I don’t see anything amiss here - at least from the information I have available.

Thx my yesterday’s ticket was answered earlier.
The GM only confirmed that i still have 4 months subscription.
But didn’t solve the problem that i cannot log into the game.
I reopened that ticket, since my launcher still shows Subscription expired at the bottom left, and wow refused my loggin in the game as well.

Yes, that’s what I’m seeing as well.

You might want to try Live Chat a bit later today when it opens. Usually around noon Pacific Time. And you are positive you are logging into the correct account, yes? I’m just not seeing anything that should be producing that result.

Yes that’s my only account.
I wonder if it was some bug from the payment software side since it was exactly 4 months before my subscription’s end.
The game was OK on Tuesday night.

On thing you could try - reinstall the launcher, it’s small - doesn’t take very long.

May not help - but would at least rule that out.

Just reinstalled the launcher and the wow client as well.
It didnt change anything.
Maybe i can try resub the game but i wonder what will happen to my remaining 4 months game time.
I’ll wait for the ticket.

Have you tried resetting your password?

The subscription expired words on the bottom left changed back to 4 months automatically at about 9 am Pacific Time…
Maybe blizzard just want me to take a good rest after my covid vaccine yesterday.
