I am currently try to setup a 1 month subscription for wow. After doing payment details I hit the Subscribe button and it will load into this message:

Subscribed: World of Warcraft® Subscription - 1 Month
Next Payment: now
No game time has been added to my game account and no payment has been taken from my bank account. I can’t get past this stage in trying to setup a subscription. Any help would be great appreciated.
I can see multiple failed purchase attempts, Eastly. If I’m reading this right, looks like your bank may have denied it for concerns about the purchase.
I would check with them to make sure that they are accepting purchased on our site.
That said, I see three recent purchases of Game Time, but I don’t see anything on the account. I know we were having some issues with Master Card purchases, so that might be the issue.
If you haven’t already, I would submit a ticket using the purchase failure option.
What MasterCard Issue?
Nothing showed up when trying to make the purchase saying there is a MasterCard issue at the moment nor can I find any posts about it. I have always used this account for game purchases so no issue there.
I don’t have pay pal and I only use the one card. I would have to go to the bank and create a new bank account with a card which takes 14 days to send out also bank accounts are not free. There has to be another work around?
Short of PayPal and using another brand card, there isn’t yet.
While I don’t fully endorse PayPal, it’s free and relatively easy to set up and connect your card.
Yeah guess I’m just Stuck on waiting for them to sort the Master Card Issue out. Not having any time frame is a big bummer hopefully will be able to play the game soon 
You could potentially go to best buy or gamestop’s or such and buy a blizzard balance card and apply it to your account.
Just to add another data point, it looks like the MC issue is strictly only with subscriptions, or maybe just a certain provider of MC accounts. I just mindlessly went through the motions for a service and absently chose the MC on file and it went through just fine before realizing what card I chose. 
Keep in mind, it may not be related to the issue that is being looked at. The issue there are folks trying to set up a payment method with a Master Card are getting an error. You don’t seem to be experiencing that, you are able to attempt the purchase and it is being rejected.
I highly recommend reaching out to your bank to check to make sure they aren’t blocking purchases from Blizzard.

Have you contacted your bank, Eastly? I’ve mentioned it a couple times now but I didn’t see any comment that you have. Based on the notes from the failed transactions that looks to be the most likely cause, which is not something our support staff would be able to help with.
Yes I have contacted my bank and they say the reason for the transaction not processing is that its being charged at $0.00 instead of the correct $16.50. I am told that there is no block on the card for any transactions and that if it gets charged at the right amount it should process normally.
Now that’s interesting. We’re having the exact same issue, too. Thanks for the information, as it’s definitely not our bank rejecting the payment as was suggested. Another work around is if you know someone that can “gift” you game time (as that seems to be working, tho some have said not) that’s what our work around was (it worked fine w/MC, for us at least). But we’re definitely not going thru this hassle next/every month if it doesn’t get resolved soon. Hope that helps.
This is also happening to me. Mastercard does not work at all. Many other players are experiencing this too. I want a sub to play classic lol!
As noted in the other thread you posted in, Buzzwinkle, we are looking into an issue related to adding Master Card as a payment method. If you have another payment option, please try that. We also offer Paypal, which seems to have worked for folks.
As we don’t really need multiple threads I’m going to lock this one up.
