Subscription out of time:

I am trying to login to classic but it is saying I am out of game time when I have been on automatic renewal for years now. I am still able to login to retail it isn’t telling me my game time is out. Theyre the same account. Why?

Maybe just double check that the game time on the attached retail account is active here:

Another thing to check is if the credit card on file is still active and not expired (it happens time to time).

That would make sense if I couldn’t login to retail. Theyre literally the same account.

Possibly, but retail can sometimes give you a little lieu time around when your payment is processed to make sure that things go through. What does it show when you go to that link? When does the game time expire?

Mine is saying the same thing. My 6 month payment was processed in April. I am able to play classis but not BC.

I am not seeing any issues here, Amiva.

I’d try fully relogging - even the launcher, first.
