Hello.

My subscription expired today game logged me out, no problems. I decided to take a break and get lunch.

I came back to renew my subscription. My banking app shows a payment to Blizzard, the money is no longer in my account, however my subscription is still inactive which is a bit unfortunate. I am posting here seeking some assistance with this matter so I may continue playing with friends.

A few questions:

  • Did you subscribe to the correct license?
  • Did the payment completely process?
  • How long has it been since you subbed?
  • Did you try relogging?

Yes, I did. I should also add that it is not showing in my transaction history. So for all intents and purposes, I have completed a transaction, but it is not appearing like a transaction has been completed. I have never had this occur in almost 20 years of regular WoW subscriptions.

If it’s not showing in transaction history then it sounds like a purchase failure. Only other suggestion would be to open a ticket for purchase failure. Hope you can get it sorted quickly.

If the payment was sent but the transaction isn’t showing it could be a technical problem on your bank’s end, or just failed to go through to blizzard for some reason. It happens on rare occasions.

I would submit a ticket about it so you can have a GM check your transaction history to see if it failed to process.
