My subscription expired yesterday and didn’t auto renew. I went to renew it right now and it said successful but then still showed inactive. I tried this three times and still the same thing. I then went to submit a support ticket and it doesn’t show that I have any active tickets… Anyone else having this issue?
Have you tried removing that payment method completely before setting up your subscription again?
