So Classic is requiring me to subscribe to both classic wow (lvl 60 cap) and TBC classic (70 cap). I subscribed to both and have bank transaction records to prove this - however TBC classic still tells me my subscription has expired. I’ve restarted battle net multiple times to see if it updates itself and no success. I log in to classic (60 cap) and it tells me the shaman I paid to boost to 58 is available on TBC to play but given the first mentioned issue, I can’t play it. Is this a bug or what is happening on the authentication side? Again, I have bank records to prove being charged for both classic & TBC classic.
Is this intended to be 2 different subs?
Why am I unable to access TBC even though I have a record of paying the sub fee, while being told my sub is expired?
In my classic account, it shows my account name + Wow1 and Wow2 –
Wow2 doesn’t list the “subscription required” however I click Play and the log in screen says I require an active subscription to play it. I have screenshots of this error + bank statement showing being charged for both subs + the 58 boost upgrade (tax included).
you have 2 WOW accounts, under each you have BOTH Classic ERA and TBC classic. You need to check under your account details which of WOW account has subscription rolling. Probably on both, as its not possible to have 2 subscriptions on the same WOW account.
also, submit a ticket. forum is for players.
despite of what trolls are saying correctly submitted ticket is getting a reply within an hour, especially payment related ticket.
Ha ha ha. What a funny lie! There are no “subscriptions to classic” or “subscriptions to TBCC”. You have NOT done that. Blizzard doesn’t offer either of those. You do NOT have any proof of that.
Blizzard only offers ONE subscription: a subscription to retail WoW. Classic ERA and TBC Classic are free, to anyone with that subscription.
If you want to lie, at least spend a few minutes online.
On my launcher, it shows accounts wow1, wow2, wow3. Those are all free accounts (“starter accounts”). Real accounts don’t have names like that. Real accounts have other names. The name might be your username. You have a username and a pasword.
So on the browser, click on the account name (under "Game version & account in the lower left) and choose a different account — NOT one of the free accounts, but the account name you got when you created the account.
If you can’t find it, go to the web page “account .battle.net”. It may require you to log in, using your BNET username and password (which you must have, to purchase an account from Blizzard). It will list all your accounts, and list “active” or “inactive” and other info with each one.
You don’t need SL (Shadowlands). My subscription to BFA works fine. But starter accounts (free accounts like “wow2”) don’t work.
