Subscription expired bug

I played wow fine last night, showed the correct time left on my sub. Today it tells me i do not have an active subscription, yet online it still shows my account prepaid through the 28th of december. Is this a known bug? I have logged in and out of the launcher to no avail.

Don’t rely on the time displayed in the launcher.
Look at the license on battle.net to show the actual time.

If it shows expired there, check the transaction history on batttle.net to see if there are any payment issues.

Thank you, i have checked in the webstie. If i scroll down i can see the account name and ‘active’, with game time prepaid through december 28

MY husband and I both play and he has been getting the exact same expired acct. message. I have not, so it seems pretty random as we are over the same network, pay with the same card, ect. He is still able to log in and play and has just been disregarding it as a bug, as long as you are not having issues playing, I wouldnt worry too much about it.

The launcher has been somewhat buggy with showing the incorrect expiration date on a subscription. The best way to know is to check your account management page as it will tell you the accurate date it expires.
