Subscription Error(?)

About two days ago I was just doing my business on my warrior when all of a sudden I was logged out, having been told by a pop-up that my subscription ran out even though I have it on monthly. When I tried to check on my subscription it said, in fact, that I was still on subscription, yet at the same time not? I tried re-applying for the subscription at least 2 times now (I know, not the best idea, but), each time not appearing through my transaction history. I’ve yet to put a ticket in because I’m not really sure myself on what’s happening here. This is my first time posting here and I just wanted to see if anyone else is/had to deal with this before, and if they had any answers.

First thing to check would be the status of your subscription here:

If the subscription is active, it should show a future Expiration Date. Check that page and see if the subscription is still active.

If it’s not, then there may have been a problem with adding the subscription to your account. Double check that the payment method on file is still valid and hasn’t expired.

Beyond that, you might need to put in a ticket with Billing to see if they can shed some additional light:

This was a known issue a few days ago, it was some internal error.

Are you able to log in and play? Or is it still logging you out? (I’m about to go digging to dredge up the thread with some of our SFAs posting)

Thank you both for the replies, I’ll definitely check on the payment method and submit a ticket if need be. Hopefully this will clear things up a bit.
