um Blizzard, little request here: when you send an email out with subscription details, which include the date and exact time of the subscription, can I ask one tiny thing of you? and that is to use the correct time zone!!! you sending out emails saying that a sub is having a billing date of May 20 at 3am PST is useless because PST is not a thing in May, it’s PDT thanks to daylight savings. switch your timezones please to give an accurate time.
