Subscribe and war within heroic edition

Hello there
I just bought a heroic edition of war within (I’ve never played wow before) and I can’t understand if I still need to buy a subscription for a month? Because 30 days of the game were indicated in the set, but I still do not have access to some elements of the game like trading at the auction. The game tells me that my actions are not available in the free version. What should I do?

You need a sub to even post on the forums, so you did get it apparently. Perhaps it is a bug. Try relogging entirely, closing and reopening battlenet, etc.

There was a bug in the Bnet launcher some time ago that would choose a trial version in the drop box. Make sure the correct version is selected before hitting play.

You are level 22 so you have an active sub. The trial only goes to 20.

When did you buy the game? It can sometimes take up to 72 hours for some things to unlock.

While I agree with the customer support option - I recall having the same issue of having to wait 72 hours for it all to kick in.

You get thirty days of game time when you buy the module. After that, you need to pay a monthly fee.

They really never made that clear and I recall being baffled by this ages ago.

So yes, you bought the expansion and get some game time with it, but to continue playing you need a monthly subscription.

Im pretty sure the 30 days where the epic edition, im surprised no one on here knows this lol

This is a starter account limitation, and can take up to 24 hours after you sub to be removed. If it’s still in place after that, ask in CS, not GD.

It can take up to 24 hours for your bank and Blizz to communicate with each other that you did buy the epic edition. The Heroic version doesn’t come with game time so you’ll either need to buy game time/ a sub or pay the difference for the epic version.
