Has anyone experienced the game stuttering every 10 - 15 seconds while in the open world? This has been happening to me for the past week. I disabled all addons and closed any other applications, but it’s still happening. I think the latest update introduced something that’s causing the game to freeze for a second.
Make sure to rename the addon folder instead of disabling. That will help eliminate them as the cause.
