I already tried clearing cache, interface, and WTF folders. It happens regardless of location in-game. It’s kind of a very brief freeze with a very regular rhythm, like every half a second. So it’s like - - - - - - - - I have issues with motion sickness so I use v-sync at 60 fps, so it’s quite noticeable to me. I also have dyspraxia, literally no sense of direction, so I normally use addons to keep a small version of the world map open all the time so I can navigate. The game is nearly unplayable to me in this state.

I’m noticing this same problem right now, but only on my main which is odd.

I just did some experimenting on my main, and it looks like the issue only occurs when the map is open to a Shadowlands zone. Older maps seem fine.

I was just playing on one of my alts, and didn’t have the issue while I had the map open on any Shadowlands zones. I switched back to my main and it was back. So, so far it only happens on my main and only while the map is on a Shadowlands zone. I’ll do some more experimenting to see if I can determine what triggers it.
