There was this deal from Blizz that if you bought 75 USD worth of stuff then you get a murloc or smt like that as an in game pet. The stuff I bought i did not get and also did not get the murloc in game as a pet.

Unfortunately Blizzard isn’t going to be able to help with the missing physical items, since a different company handles and runs the merch store and Blizzard licences the merch. I’ve also never heard particularly good things about the merch store’s support.

You also had to buy specific stuff. The link posted above shows what you had to purchase.
But yeah, if you never even received the physical goods you’ll need to take that up with the Gear Store, but you also probably should have contacted them a bit sooner to make it easier to track down what may have happened.

Did you get a code by email following the gear store purchase? And you are looking in Retail, not classic?
