My 70 priest is stuck with PVP flagged. I have repeatedly tried flagging and unflagging. I have deleted all my quest. I have tried scanning the patch. When I click on my icon, it shows my PVP is disabled.
From what I can see, Aashra, you have Warmode enabled. If you don’t see it enabled yourself, maybe try enabling it and disabling it again.
It also may be a UI issue so you could try resetting your User Interface but I would start there first and then move to just disabling your addons to see if that helps.
